As a glass artist, I see myself as both The Architect and The Builder of my own crystalline kingdom.  My journey began with childhood sketches of colossal skyscrapers on the margins of my homework. This passion for architecture led me to a career as a general contractor, licensed nationwide, where I managed large job sites and coordinated multiple tradesmen. However, my true calling materialized when I discovered the world of glass.

I create sculptures and site-specific installations using glass in all its forms. My art exists at the intersection of nature and the manmade world, balancing precise angles, lines, and geometry with fluid organics, growths, and erosion. This juxtaposition allows me to explore and highlight the connections between natural and constructed environments.  Through my observations, I reveal patterns of structure on all scales and walks of life.

Free from the constraints of functionality and physics, my glass creations shift the focus from practical to utopian. They invite viewers into an alternate reality, a universe where time is suspended, and space is framed by ephemeral vessels of translucent light.
